    Brief & feasibilitySend a sketch, a photo or a link. We tell you what is possible at your budget, and what we would change. Free.

    CAD model & render3D model built to your stone. Three angles by email; resin print photo on request. Revisions until it is right.

    Cast, set, polish3–5 business days in production. Stones matched for hue and spread, set by hand, checked under magnification.

What we need from you

Three things make a quote accurate

The stone

Moissanite or lab-grown diamond, shape and carat. If you have your own stone, measure it in millimetres — we cut the seat to the stone, not the carat figure.

The metal

925 silver with white or yellow finish, or solid 9K/14K/18K gold, PT950 platinum. Metal choice changes weight and price more than any other single decision.

The size & date

Ring size (US 3–13, half sizes) and the date you need it. Work backwards from the date, not from the shipping estimate.

What custom actually costs

Why is there no price on the page?
Because the same ring is a different price in silver and in 18K gold, with a 0.5 ct or a 3 ct stone. A single number would be misleading. Send the spec and you get an itemised quote within one business day.
Do I have to pay before seeing the design?
No. The brief and the first CAD render are free. A deposit is only requested once you accept the quote and the model, and it is handled over a payment link.
Can you work from a photo of another brand’s ring?
We can use it as a reference for proportions and setting style, but we will not reproduce a trademarked design or a patented setting. Where a design is protected we will suggest a version that keeps the look and changes the construction.
What if the finished ring is the wrong size?
Tell us within 30 days. Silver rings are exchanged; gold and platinum rings can usually be resized, and we quote that before any work starts. Measure at the end of the day, and go up a quarter size for wide bands.
