Payment Policy

PayPal, cards and secure links — how deposits and balances work for custom orders.

Stock-style orders are paid in full before shipping. Custom work is split into a deposit and a balance, because the workshop starts cutting metal on approval.

Methods

  • PayPal — balance, card or bank depending on your country.
  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, processed through a secure hosted checkout or PayPal invoice.
  • Wallet payments — Apple Pay and Google Pay where the checkout supports them.
  • Bank transfer — for wholesale orders over $5,000, by arrangement.

We do not store card numbers on this site. Payments are processed by the provider and you will see their name on your statement, not a generic descriptor.

Deposits and balances

Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit to start CAD and casting, with the balance due before dispatch. The deposit covers materials and bench time; if you cancel after casting, the deposit is not refundable, because the metal and stones have already been committed.

Currency

All prices and quotes are in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own conversion and fees if you pay from another currency.

Taxes and duties

Prices exclude import duty, VAT and handling fees, which are collected by your customs authority on delivery.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, the order is not processed. If a charge is disputed, we supply the order records, tracking and correspondence to the processor; work on the order pauses until the dispute is resolved.

Invoices

Every order gets an itemised invoice by email: metal, stones, setting labour, shipping and any engraving. Ask for a PDF with your company details if you need one for accounting.
