Two clocks. Production starts after you approve the CAD render and runs 3–5 business days. Shipping is 3–10 business days standard to the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia, or 2–5 business days expedited. From brief to door is usually two to four weeks, depending on how long revisions take.

We keep 1,479 designs in the catalogue as production models, not as finished stock. Each piece is made to your size, metal and stone — which is why the catalogue is a starting point rather than a shelf.

Within 24 hours, email service@holycome.com with the subject “Cancellation Request”. After that the order is in the workshop and cancellation is not guaranteed. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed, for security.

Yes. Approve the CAD render first — three angles plus dimensions. If you want more, we can photograph or film the finished piece at the bench before it is boxed; ask when you order.

Yes. Men’s bands run 4–8 mm wide with heavier shanks, and rings are made to US 3–13 including half sizes. Above US 13 is possible on most designs — ask for a quote.

Tell us the date, not the shipping deadline. Work backwards: 3–5 days production, plus shipping, plus a buffer for revisions. If the date is tight we will say so before you pay, rather than after.

Inside-band engraving up to 24 characters, block or script, is available on most rings. Engraved pieces are excluded from returns because they cannot be resold.

Send a sketch, photo or reference. We reply within one business day with feasibility and an itemised quote. On approval we build a CAD model, send renders from three angles, revise until it is right, then cast and set. Nothing is cast before you approve the model.

The brief, the feasibility answer and the first CAD render are free. A deposit is only requested when you accept the quote and the model, and it covers materials and bench time.

We can use it as a reference for proportion and setting style, but we will not reproduce a trademarked design or a patented setting. Where something is protected, we suggest a version that keeps the look and changes the construction.

Yes. Measure it in millimetres and tell us the girdle thickness — the seat is cut to the stone, not to the carat figure. We photograph and measure it on arrival and confirm the setting plan before casting.

Usually. Send clear photos from several angles and the dimensions. Old cuts and worn settings often need the seat rebuilt; we will explain what can be preserved and what has to be replaced.

Yes, and it is the most common follow-on order. Send a side-on photo of the engagement ring; we model the band to the actual gap instead of guessing from a width measurement.

They are diamonds in the physical and chemical sense — same crystal structure, same hardness of 10, same refractive index of 2.417. The difference is origin: grown in a reactor rather than mined. The FTC has warned against calling them “synthetic” without qualification; “lab-grown” is the accurate term.

Moissanite is silicon carbide, with a higher refractive index (2.65–2.69 versus 2.417) and much higher dispersion (0.104 versus 0.044), so it throws more coloured fire. It is softer — 9.25 on the Mohs scale versus 10 — and it costs a fraction of a diamond of the same size.

Lab-grown diamonds ship with an IGI report; moissanite ships with a GRA certificate card. Lab-grown colour stones are graded in-house with measurements supplied on request. The certificate type is stated on every product page.

Moissanite is selected in D colour and VVS clarity. Lab-grown diamonds are available in DEF colour with VS or better clarity, and other grades on request.

No. Moissanite is not coated, so it does not fade or cloud with wear. What does dull it is surface film — soap, skin oil, hand cream — which cleans off. Older coated simulants are the ones that turn.

On request, yes, for lab-grown diamonds, with additional time and cost. Tell us before production so the stone is selected for submission rather than after it is set.

Solid 9K, 14K and 18K gold is real gold throughout. 925 sterling silver pieces may carry a white or yellow gold finish, which is a plating and is stated as such. We do not sell gold-plated brass as gold.

All orders ship from our workshop in Wuzhou, Guangxi, China. Import duty and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by your customs authority.

Within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging, for exchange or store credit. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer. Engraved and fully bespoke pieces are excluded unless faulty.

Send a photo or video showing the problem within 7 days. You choose one remedy: replacement, full refund with return, or keep the piece with a 30% credit.

Manufacturing faults within 30 days are repaired free. After 30 days, repairs are quoted before work starts — typically 10–20 business days, including re-plating and stone replacement.

You receive an email titled “A shipment from order #xxxxx is on the way”. Tracking events can take 24–72 hours to appear after the number is issued.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits, or wrap paper around the finger and measure the circumference. Our size guide has the US/UK/EU conversion chart. We can also post a free plastic sizer.

Yes — for bands 5 mm and wider, add a quarter to half a size. Wide bands cover more of the finger and feel tighter at the same nominal size. Comfort-fit interiors feel slightly looser.

PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club through a secure hosted checkout or PayPal invoice. Apple Pay and Google Pay where the checkout supports them. Card details are never stored on this site.

Typically 50% to start CAD and casting, with the balance before dispatch. If you cancel after casting, the deposit is not refundable because the metal and stones have been committed.

Yes. All prices and quotes are in US dollars. Your bank may add conversion fees if you pay from another currency.

Because the same design is a different price in silver and in 18K gold, and with a 0.5 ct or a 3 ct stone. A single number would be misleading. Send the specification and you get an itemised quote within one business day.

PayPal Pay in 4 may be offered at checkout depending on your country and account. For larger custom orders, ask about a two-stage payment schedule.
